Night night shadey. *hugs*

so sue me. i admit i did give you advice, and yes i did realize there were potential legal repercussions, and no I do not recognize, that your predicament had anything to do with actual lawful situation. and i did tell you that at the time if you recall.
-
so in summery no i am not liable for any crime regarding the legal advisory violation. which by the way is not a federally recognized offense.
-
The Protector NewbieAs always, answers to this type of legal question depend on the jurisdiction. In the jurisdiction in which I practise, calling yourself a "lawyer" without being a member of the Law Society would be contrary to The Law Society Act.
-
if you want to talk to me send me an e-mail, or facebook. i'm out.
-
protecter?
-
i dont recall slim calling himself a lawyer
-
The Protector NewbieAntonio Under California law, at a minimum, you would be guilty of a misdemeanor under Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code section 6126(a): "Any person advertising or holding himself or herself out as practicing or entitled to practice law or otherwise practicing law who is not an active member of the State Bar, or otherwise authorized pursuant to statute or court rule to practice law in this state at the time of doing so, is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in a county jail or by a fine of up to one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by both that fine and imprisonment."
You'd probably also be guilty of fraud (criminal), as well as various other civil torts. -
I need to ask you something protecter!!!

....listen somone sent me an e-mail that made it sound like somone is killing people ( MAIL FRAUD) -
now you just remind me of that homophoby guy we trolled against
i still don't see where he called himself a lawyer
two, 'someone sent me an email' as in SOMEONE SENT HIM THE EMAIL so thats his fault? -
I'll say it anyway, even if you dont even notice my messages ( you might be too busy with other stuff :( )

I have to go to a hotel for some reason and I will be back when it is friday, so I think I'll try to wake up a little early to meet you here protecter, so will you be here tomorrow before 10.00 in the morning??? -
The Protector NewbieAnd Carrie I do have lot of proof on Antonio giving laws advice and stating he know so well the Texan Laws System "unauthorized practice of law" and he can be prosecuted for doing it
-
so he can get arrested for telling others about the law? oh wow, i'm glad i don't live in the US.
fyi isn't the unauthorized practice of law only prosecutable if the defendent is giving the advice while impersonating as a practictioner or while IN COURT? -
X growls X it is like my messages are invisible to protecter
