Sui walked happily with his lunch. "Mm...So nice to see every grade getting along." He smiled and looked around. "It's sad...That Akai has next hour to eat..."

He began to tear up, realizing he didn't make many friends since he came to town with his mother. "What am I gonna do? Where am I gonna sit now? I need Akai..."

Suddenly Akira felt a pair of strong arms around his waist and almost jumped. Taka giggled holding him close. Akira felt like he was going to explode. "WHAT THE HE'LL ARE YOU DOING HERE?" he hissed with so much venom in a whisper. "Hello to you too," Taka let go and sat next to him. "I felt like checking in on ya." Akira was shocked. "So you snuck into my school?!" "I did not sneak, I attend here too!" Taka pouted. "I'm a senior, what are you? You look like a sophomore or something."
Blush escaped on Akira's face and he had no idea why but he was determined to hide it. "I'm a senior." Taka smiled. "Wonderful." -
"I haven't seen you around here before," Akira said avoiding eye contact. "Because I just moved here," Taka said smiling. "Hey! What classes do you have?" He took out his schedule and pushed it over to Akira. The latter hesitantly scanned it and found that they had the last two classes together. "You have my gym and science class." He stated and pushed the schedule back toward Taka. "Awesome. So you'll have to show me where they are, kay.?" Akira just nodded and got up to throw his apple core away. But Taka had took hold of his arm and brought his lips up to his ear. "Oh and you know it's really hard to hide blush with your silver hair. But don't worry, I think it's adorable." Akira's mouth was gape from sheer surprise and he couldn't move. Taka seized the moment to kiss Akira's cheek, before he sat back at the table like normal. Shocked, when Akira regained ability to move he ran to the trash can and through away the trash. Then he ran out of the lunch room and leaned against the door. What the hell is wrong with this Taka dude? He's acting like I was a girl or something. Weirdooooo

The bell suddenly rang and crowds of students broke out of the room. Akira was still in his state of shock when Taka met up with him again. "Hey! So are you going to show me where the gym is?" He asked with a smile like nothing in the world was wrong. Akira paused and just stared at him, then sighed. "Just follow me okay." He started walking through the crowd, trying to keep a certain distance between them. When he got to the front doors of the gym Akira nodded to Taka and went in as normal. The coach met Taka and was probably going over the typical new student stuff. Briskly walking to his locker, Akira entered the locker room. He was in complete puzzlement at the day he has had. The fact another guy in his grade seemed to have feelings for him was crazy. Was he taking things wrong? Maybe this guy is just overly affectionate or something. He couldn't really want... that.

Sui sat some where alone and ate quietly. "Akai..." He mumbled through a meat bun. Suddenly he felt someone behind him. He was afraid to look...
"You're that homo who's always followin that Sato kid aren't ya?" Sui lowered his head. "What the hell is it you want?" "Shut it!" Another teen shoved his head into the plate.
Damn homophobes... Sui thought while getting up to go wipe his face. -
He crouched down to his locker and started to work on the padlock, his hand shaking slightly. He opened it and started taking off his school clothes for the gym clothes. While he was in the middle of changing someone walked behind him. Paranoid, he turned around and accidentally knocked his locker shut. It was him; Taka. "I'm just finding my new locker," he said. "It's above yours." Akira nodded, then noticed he was only in a gym shirt and boxers. He blushed deeply and struggled to get his locker open again for his shorts. Same time Taka was working on his padlock, taking a gradual pace. Akira paused, feeling the other's leg skim against his back. His, oh gawd..... behind his head. Akira went as quick as he could and put his shorts on, slammed his locker and ran out. s--- s--- s--- s--- s--- s---.

Akai pulled on a jacket before leaving the locker room He did extra classes to fill his credits faster, since he had homeschooling most of highschool. He looked at Taka blankly. "Good luck, newbie. Don't let yourself become a punching bag..." With that he walked to the 2nd lunch. "I better check on Sui...Those asses always bother him..."

"Okie, thanks." Taka said watching Akai walk away. His mind was somewhere else though.
Awkward, embarressing, just wrong day. Akira was getting a headache with so much confusion. I have to avoid this kid... The coach walked out and announced they would be running laps today. He hadn't felt so relieved to hear that. Just a solo boring activity. They all went out to the track and started. -
Akira wasn't exactly a fast runner, but part of it was he didn't like to be up front with others. He enjoyed just taking in the view of tall hills when he wasn't sick from panting. Taka was fast but for some reason wasn't going towards the front. He graudally got slower and met up with Akira. "Ugh this sucks, huh?" he said. "Akira just rolled his eyes. "You're obviously fast. Why don't you just go ahead of them and quit stalking me." Taka chuckled. "Nah, this is funner."

During 5th hour, Science, Sui felt like dying. Thoughts flashed throughout his mind. Most involved his hatred. I hate how I'm not accepted...I hate how they split up me and Akai...I hate those jerks who always bother me for being gay...I hate everything...

Class ended and everybody changed back out by the time the bell rang. Akira lead Taka to the science room and they turned out to be early; no one else was in there yet. "Thanks," Taka said, and took a seat behind Akira's desk. "No problem." Akira said simply. "What are you?" Taka asked suddenly. "What?" "Are you gay or bi?" Akira didn't even look up. "I don't know okay." "Oh." Cue silence. "So, what would you say if.. I liked you?" ".......um....I guess I'd wonder why." "What do you mean why?" "No one's ever liked me. My family doesn't care about me, everyone here hates me. I'm a loner. What the hell would you see in me?" Taka tapped on Akira's shoulder to make him turn around and look in his eyes. "I see someone who I know I could love and someone I want to be there for when they think they're all alone." They looked at each other for a minute, just silence and eyes locked. No one has ever said that to me before.... Students started rushing in and taking there seats before the bell rang.

Akai sighed and walked to the office. He decided to get his lunch hours switched. "You see Ms.Tokoma Sui is...sensitive...And he's had trouble making friend for years. His mother brought him here freshman year and he's never really opened up to many people. I'm not sure what it is but I very greatly dislike how he's treated..." The secretary stares at him for a moment then adjusted her glasses. "Alright...we'll switch your lunch hour with 1st lunch. It's very sweet that you care so much. Like..." She thought for a moment. "Like brothers." "Thank you vet much." He walked out to finish lunch.
