This is one of new character's, Piri Ayne. She's a divine being from the universe of dreams and fantasy and her "Dream Catcher" is specifically the zodiac Leo, which she was chosen by Leo by a star-crossed legacy. She's the princess of Queen Crest, the bodacious but somewhat stubborn and a bit controlling queen of the dream/fantasy dimension.

The dream/fantasy world has a deep connection between the celestial and astrology domain, between the galaxies and the stars. It's a complaint with astrolatry, worship of the stars and it's heavenly host.
This is Piri in her Leo Dream-catcher form, both of their powers or divinity fusing together.
