[blues and reds are stereotypical for flying characters, but I think blues and greens would be good. Maybe a yellow scarf. Idk where to put the colors at tho]

The yellow scarf sounds cute. Maybe a light blue shirt, green pants, brown gloves & goggles, and red, orange, yellow, or black hair?

Maybe some mint green or periwinkle wings, forest green eyes and tanned skin. Really light colored hair.
