Because Britain is quite far ahead of the USA in the time zones. States like Washington DC are 5 hours behind and states like Oregon are 8 hours behind. I'm not that good on American Geography so I might be wrong.

Because I'm British. But this year we've done Antarctica which is strange.

Maybe because Antarctica isn't normal. It's made out of ice. Not like most countries.
