It isn't just "people who have been here for less than a year", you can be here for three or four years and still be considered a newbie if you're immature enough.

And yeah sometimes it's okay, but when they're just being a try hard and they normally don't act like it but suddenly out of nowhere they're getting onto people, it kind of makes me want to smack them. -
