  Care's explanation is a lot better, but my original thought was:
  
  Molly couldn't have done it, the gunshot wound was at the back of his neck and she was standing in front of him. Plus she couldn't have turned off the lights.
  If Lucas would have killed anyone, he would have killed Molly because she broke up with him and she was marrying the wrong man. He wouldn't have killed the groom to protect her because he didn't care about her. He only cared about himself.
  So Kalani did it. She would have wanted to get revenge after what he did to her anyway.
  
  This is probably really lame, but it's my explanation.

  What Happened At The Wedding?
  
  The bride killed him. She was planning on doing it later, but Lucas helped with that by accident. He was cutting off the lights to show that the marriage was basically damned, cursed with bad luck, such as the lights going off. It was hinted that Molly believed in bad luck and karma. When the lights went out, she took the gun out of her dress that was saved for later, reached around and shot him from behind. She was the only one close enough to insure a perfect kill. The blue powder, she could have kept with the "something old, something new, something borrowed, SOMETHING BLUE."

  (AWW I missed it. Well, this was my theory. I was wrong anyway.)
  
  I believe that Lucas did it.
  
  There were two things bothering me while thinking.
  The first was everyone's motive, and the second was why Lucas broke up with Molly.
  I believe that Molly and Kalani didn't have a clear motive. Because Kalani still believed that the groom loved her, and Molly could've just cancelled the marriage beforehand as opposed to killing the groom.
  
  The reason that I believe Lucas did it is all based on a possibility. More specifically a possibility of why Lucas broke up with Molly. This possibility involves the groom.
  Let's say that while Molly was dating Lucas, the groom came up and fancy-talked Molly. Because of this, Molly was dating two people at once. Once Lucas found out, he broke up with Molly, and held a grudge against the groom.
  At the wedding, Lucas tried once more to change Molly's mind. But Molly wouldn't listen. So Lucas was forced to take action. He was the one who shot the groom. He was the murderer. Though he did it to protect Molly, it's still a murder.
