That could be explainable considering that when you don't eat anything all of a sudden then the bacteria that break down food that normally die in the process just sit there and multiply.

It's just...I'm sick of life. I'm sick of living a lie. I'm sick of pretending to be happy for the sake of others. I'm sick of people looking at me with a pity look or looking at me like I'm a mutant on their planet. I'm sick of trying to be strong when I want to let everything go.
