Not really the Anatomy is of thier faces are wrong ( E.G eyes two high nose is rp wrong )

How about music , Could that help and I don't mean A7X because the words may be provoking so maybe if you plan out a twenty minute space where you listen to calmer songs to help and when you feel comfortable gradually decrease the amount of time in that break.
But you can still listen to A7X of course.
