I have been helping at the anime orphanage and theres these three children who are never even considered I cant adopt them I don't meet the damn criteria for all three only for one

This is Zoey, she is very wealthy, but her mother beats her if she does one thing wrong or right. She has an eye patch because she has a red eye and instead of looking like an eye on the inside, it looks like a clock. If people look at it, they die. She decides if they go to heaven or hell. Also, Zoey is colorblind, most people make fun of her and give her a rubix cube. Zoey is fifteen years old but sings like this:
