In all honesty I have a question for all of you that's been bothering me for a while because maybe i'm the only one.
For those who have constant anxiety of panic attacks, do you ever get this weird chest pain on the upper left hand corner? Like it hurts, and at the same time you feel like you can't catch your breath?
This happened to me last night, and today in the morning when I got up and remembered that I had to go somewhere. I've also noticed that this happens whenever I lay down, or go up and down various stairs. This has recently started happening, like in school around December-January I started to experience this when we were told about the igs/ drill con,and since then i've had a bit of difficulty running up and down flights, but not as much as recently. I haven't been sleeping well for the past few days, but I don't know why. I feel hungry, but full. I've had a cold for a while, could that be the reason it hurts?
I've looked up the possible reasons on google, and it said anxiety or stress might be behind it, but i'm not sure. There are a lot of problems right now in my life, but i'm not worried about that. I'm worried about school. I didn't go to exams because I had this exact chest pain at the end of the school year, do you guys remember when I told you mom was pissed off and calling dad? That's when it happened.
The shortness of breath has stopped, but my chest still hurts. I want to know if any of you ever had pains like this, because it really hurts right now.;-; -
I have, it usually happens to me when I'm triggered by something, although if yours is caused by stress it could be another reason. That's usually how my attacks start and then pogressivly get worse if I don't calm down. It may have nothing to with stress or panic/anxiety attacks. I'd say that if it keeps happening, tell your parents and go see a doctor.
