All my life I had been running away. From my parents, from the scientists, and everyone else who wanted a taste of my abilities. Ever since I was little, I would move things around my house, without even touching them! My parents were both unemployed alcoholics. They never cared for me. I was expelled from school, and thats when I met the scientists.

Sylvia never really used her ability, she just used them when she was alone. She still can't really figure out how the scientists found out about her. With her parents dead, she didn't really have anyone to turn to.

They found out about and wanted to do some experiments, with my parents' permission, that is. My parents money for drinking ended, and since the scientists promised some good money for the experiments on me, my parents agreed. They basically sold me to them.

Sylvia stood in the shadows of the house, feeling like a scientist was watching her right now, from the outside. No scientist stood outside of the house. Sighing, she slipped out the back door and sat by a tree staring at the sky, thinking of what to next if they show up.
