Aki... she's only a child. A little girl, I think around 11 or 12. She was so sad to know I broke my ankle, but the thing is.. should I go ahead and tell her about the tumor? I know I should.. but.. I don't want to see her cry..

Let her know now. Let her have a chance to accept it before things get worse. She may be young but that doesnt mean she wont be able to handle it. If she loves you she deserves to know.

You should tell her because it will hurt her worse if you just unexpectedly die one day. Maybe she can accept it and work on her goodbye easier if you tell her now. I'm am very sorry Vege. I wish I could help you somehow.
