I don't know like try and tell people my problems instead of just shrugging it off. Those kind of changes.

Yeah...I had a realization this morning that I need to change and open up to people I care about instead if just being quiet all the time.

I know, I want to open up and tell people my problems, like how sometimes when I'm mad I just don't want to talk about it and it just boils inside.
