  I need to get this off my chest. So, I'm going to try to. Trigger warning for every possible thing you can think of I guess, if you are stalking my thread.
  
  I talked to Panda about me worrying. I mean, I do have validation, but I will worry over the smallest things, but some things I worry about and I can't stop. He just said stop worrying about it. He said, I was the only one who can break the cycle. I want to, but I honestly don't know how. Like, where would I even start?
  
  And then, I start think everything I've done in the past and start to question things. And no, this isn't because of Panda. I will have these spouts where I feel depressed, and then I feel nothing. Like, no emotion whatsoever. I had a moment like this, and my parents called me cold-hearted. Honestly, I feel like I'm selfish and mean. I hate being this way. I don't want to vent to anyone anymore because I feel like a burden to them. I know people say they are there for me, but I guess this one primarily stems from Panda. I understand other people have problems, and I have helped, but I put my feelings on my sleeves and I shouldn't have done that.
