yeah. so first, find where your connection settings are, and disconnect. then reconnect. if that doesn't work, if you have a linksys_ses router, unplug the white cable in the back and replug it in. wait for 10 minutes and then check your connection. if that doesn't work, then you need to strengthen your connection or get a better router.

I'm not good with computer stuff. But yeah I've had problems connecting and I looked at what it said and it suggested that stuff.
