Basically the story behind this scene was that Andou (the guy) brings up the idea of putting a costume idea in a box and they draw to see what they will wear. Each of them have powers, and the youngest one's (little girl on far left) power is that she can create anything. She creates the costume for whatever someone draws. Andou drew maid.
