That no one cares when they ask how you are. I always care. I always mean it. I always want to be there for you, even if I am s---ty with negative emotions.

Oh, please don't worry about it. I don't want anyone to worry about it. It's just that most times when people ask how I am there are about a million different things I'm thinking about and feeling and when people ask why I'm saying I'm not doing well they really have no idea what they're getting themselves into and it's not fair to them. No one wants to listen to me rant about these things about myself I don't even understand and I wouldn't want to make any of you sad trying to figure out how to make me feel better anyway.
