deer camp-in southern Illinois deer season weekend is 'no rules weekend'.Everybody does it here,anyone who doesnt is weird.Im tellin ya,you cant get deeper in redneckville than here,people make moonshine and all sorts of crap where i live.Its just a part of the culture. -

So "no rules" means "screw the law because we get a special weekend that someone made up, so the law doesn't apply to us"?
