So uhm that cement thing on the back seat is part of a lamp post he took out 2 half of one flew through that store room wall and onto my pc(which didn't work but we claiming from insurance anyway)

The insurance company pays for all the damages etc. Those people had insurance so the insurance have to pay us for the damages. As for the house we're renting so that's not our problem.
