Not all of them chase cats. Cats aren't even capable of unconditional love they're so stupid. They're memory resets every 5 minutes, so they're not even aware that you're they're owner, they just know they're in a house. And they never wanna touch the actual ground do trying to take them on a walk results in dragging them everywhere. They can barely even remember where their damn s--- box is and their vision is worse than a dog's.

Dogs are inferior to humans, as they re-act to their commands, and obey. They are not above doing so.
How-ever, cats simply look at the human with a smug face and turn around. While you're thinking about whether to eat Cheetos or turkey, they're contemplating on how to convert the Universe. -
Cats do that because they are not capable of understanding our language. I'm not even kidding. In cartoons they're usually supposedly smarter than dogs, when actually in reality it's the other way around.
