I don't know because I have a stomach pain, sore throat, stuffy nose. So ya.
I didn't eat yesterday or an average amount the day before so I ate two pitta breads with chicken and I almost puked so ya. *shrugs* -
Silent: Hmm, alright. I think I can do that? Would you like a nice chilled bottle of the blood of a murderer? It's been ripening for several hundred years...
Cleo: Try something less solid, a not so much dairy. Broth based stuff. Dairy will just upset your stomach more. -

Cleo: I know it probably sounds really overrated, but chicken noodle soup. Broccoli soup. Potato soup. Try to keep it alkalized, though, no tomato soup. Not too much acid.

Cleo: Don't wait too long. The longer you wait and go hungry, the weaker your body gets. It'll be harder to fight off the sickness, and it'll take longer. Not to mention, it'll physically drain you.
