uh mainly because creating another site isn't going to do people good, while me being a mod would. Sure it's nice to have other places to talk and it's cool to set it all up and be the ultimate decision maker but if you only have 3 people on a site then really you're not having to put down any rebellions (spam, trolls, etc.)
