Doesn't seem like it. Something that one can't do is have the ability to stop time. Your culture hasn't advanced that far.

Can't do much to me if time is stopped.

Is it not really time stopping, because as it is like that would seconds still pass by? It would just seem as of time had stopped but really, movement's and everything has stopped. Make sense?

No, when you stop time, say if I stop time, to you it'll look like I'm doing things and going places instantaneously, and end up dying faster than I would've, but to me, I live out my normal lifespan doing things while literally nothing else in the entire universe is moving.

yes, to me time is still going by but only for my body, and the things I move around and stuff, but the rest of the universe is frozen.
