  All that stuff goes through your body and comes out so it's not like all the bad stuff stays in it. It's fine to have unhealthy things every so often.

  ps it was delicious and i'm perfectly healthy to this day
  
  eating bad things prolonged depending might give you some kind of poison immunity lmao because i can;t seam to get sick due to food related reasons anymore so that might be a good gene to pass down to any possible biological children

  i had basically nothing healthy but tofu pudding soup today so i'm kinda in the same boat really. But i'm not freaking out over it

  hey, that doughnut feels special. you know how many people out of 100% actually buy a doughnut? like, 11%. that doughnut feels like it was special to be bought. you should be happy for it.
