it's just automatically linked to your account, though while you're making the quiz in the first steps you can make it towards where it's not linked, though I don't know if it helps you level up or not... so keep them linked I think.

in the first step there's a button you can press that says "don't link to my account." but I don't think it levels you up if you do that.
in other words when someone goes to your profile the quiz wont be there. -
