  Ah maybe try to ignore it if the sound is low but if it's noticeable maybe try listening to sound music or a show you like.

  I know I'm sorry :\ I'm dealing with issues like this too. If it's gets so far bad that you think of resorting to violence or hurting yourself please tell someone you can trust or tell a doctor. I know I don't have great advice but I'll always listen :)
