No that would mostly just throw peole around and take of legs and stuff. I'd say the best way would be a .50 cal. machine gun with a s--- ton of bullets just spraying them all down.

Maybe volunteering at a huge homeless shelter and spiking all the food with poison would go well too.

have them all meet on the bottom floor of a parking garage and take out all the support columns.

Get them all to come into a closed in space like a school class room with only one exit and just pull out a flame thrower and a bunch of pipe bombes with shrapnel added.

go to a police station and say that the doughnut shop is having a buy one get one free sale.
then set up your crowd of people infront of the doughnut shop. -
Okay so you get some nuclear bombs, and you pick the largest city in the country you hate most. Then you unleash pure nuclear war and apocalypse upon them when they least expect, and maybe when there's a huge gathering. Make sure they're out of their cars and homes. But before you do all of this, weaken there government and it's defense plan so you have a higher chance of a higher death toll. Do the same to other important cities in the area. Then, once you have them at your mercy you steal their vital regions as your own.
