When you have no breasts it's hard to tell because you'd look male.

Short hair makes me look more like a guy. Long hair made me look more feminine. If my face wasn't like it was, maybe i'd pass as a girl, but it doesn't. Long hair helps hide myself.

Well... as long as you consider yourself a girl, you are a girl. While longer hair may look more "feminine", it shouldn't be what makes you male or female. Even if you don't have a large chest. I mean, I have the flattest chest out of everyone that I know (that's old enough to have a chest). I'm probably getting off topic and rambling, I'm probably not helping too much, but that's how I feel. You're a girl in my eyes. -
