The PPSSPP windows one
I got it to finally start up but Breath Of Fire isn't working on it. It's a shame too since it's a really good RPG. -
Just downloaded a different one .3. I'll see if this rom works

What do you mean by not working? Is it a black screen? Is the game file an .iso (I think that there's another type of file that it could be as well. I forget what it's called though. It might be .osi)?
I use PPSSPP on my phone, and after some tweaks to the settings, it worked. -

I'm trying to find the website I used to solve that problem on my phone, but I can't seem to find it...
I found this though. While it is for mobile devices, it might work in your case as well. I'll look around a bit more to see if I can find it though.
