  (Sorry if I reside a bit quickly, I just need to talk bout my probs to someone........)
  
  
  Also I'm a lonely longer who will never find someone for myself, and I'm just gonna end up being alone with 3 dogs...... (im a fog person....)

  Its okay. Sometimes, a good way to help yourself is just go on a nice walk with your friends, or even a jog if your into that kind of stuff.

  I got some corrections to my post before your last one....
  Deep* not drop...
  Like prima wasn't supposE to be there....
  Longer is suppose to be loner

  Hm. Make yourself something to eat then try to sleep again. I hear warm milk helps, but i wouldnt know for sure since i hate milk.
