I feel like someone would have to set up the villain and the case, and then the other two people would try to either solve the case or be the defendant.

Oh, I started Apollo Justice earlier. It's fun. I like it, even without Phoenix as the main character (which is why a lot of people didn't like the game). -
Maybe there are pre-made cases online by fans of the series?
And Furio Tigre would just proceed to roar at you and punch you in the face until your skull started to show XD -
Probably. Plus there are the cases from the manga.
