actually you don't. they dispatch lower ranked pions as gaurdians means he has no influence over evidence, also he knows i'm sure even better then me the amount of evidence gathering methods. he wouldn't be stupid enough to outright rape you or deny you your rights. all you have to do is tell HIM you want a new gaurd and it'll be fine. and don't be afraid of him
