Um, it depends. My father owns a gun named Barbara, but he doesn't 'carry it around'. My grandfather owns a gun (I don't think it's named, good. ._.), but he was in the military and he believes that the Nazis will come back one day (._.;) so... I think it just depends on the family or person.

Most people here don't own a gun. Its also illegal to be walking around with a gun. ( even if you have one of those licences for hunting with guns)
