[She's a dumb woman who died at 20 falling off a good while drunk and high, I know that much.
Her family had a lot of money so she's used to being entitled, but she's also used to wandering the streets finding a way to get more money for her sins because her parents wouldn't pay for that and ignored her issues.
Charlie showing actual interest in helping people is what drew Prisira to the hotel, and the fact Charlie actually checks up on her and genuinely wants her to rehabilitate and is willing to help is the reason Pris sticks around.
However, Prisira isn't sure about actually changing, she's too dead set in her ways, and after all- she is a sheep. Most the demons here are violent sinners, shouldn't she be too?]

[Helryss was murdered by drowning in 1693, after being accused of being a witch. He was only 16, and he didn't know how to drown so? Guess he was innocent.
But not really, he actually did practice magic and some pretty dark stuff at that, and had plans to wipe out his town for their ways.
He's very feminine in appearance and thin and works hard to cover his debt to Alastor- which I still haven't decided on yet.
He's smiles and sunshine and calls people family names but it's all to hide the malice and rage inside as he wants revenge on the preacher who convicted him- who just so happens to also be in hell~ ] -

In hell, she's worked her way up just as she did in life, and now is a fairly powerful demon lord with many demons under her command.
She isn't fond of Alastor, and steers clear of him, not wanting to make an enemy of him.
Though, she is now helping at the hotel, her motives are still a secret. ] -
