  Only the old people hate newbs. For some reason they think they're better than them, but they're actually not. Even some of the newbies on this site are b----es.

  Alright. First, you gotta temporarily change yourself to a novice.
  
  Go to your profile page, and click the link to link a quiz to the account. Use this:
  
  Quiz: The Random Quiz
  
  Password: random
  
  Then go back to your profile picture and you should see an option to change your picture.
