Besides, I feel too fat eating pizza. Obviously I burn that off. I don't even sweat that much. .-.

Well, the amount you sweat doesn't have to do with how many calories you burn. It's actually about the burn. If you feel it during the work out, you're doing good. If you're a bit sore later, that's good too. Exersize actually helps speed up your metabolism.
