  how doyou even practice? do you just go to a desolte street somewhere orsomething?

  no no no
  we have a "pad" made from the stuff they use to make road and it's marked like a football field
  And every 2.5 yards in any direction there's a dot
  We use a coordinate sheet (app) to tell us where to go from set to set. Each dot is about 4 steps so the measurements will go by that (ex: 1.25 steps from the 40 yard line, 2 steps behind the home hash) something like that
