I had to run a mile in 110 degrees, and after I was done, my coach wouldn't let me go inside. My chest got really tight, my sides hurts, and I felt like throwing up. I couldn't breathe, I had jelly legs, and I almost passed out. I wanted to lay on the ground and just sleep. -
You could tell that I wasn't doing good because my face was really red, and I mean really. I didn't want to stand up.
