wow ok id be like well a relationship/marriage is based on trust and if you feel that is going on yall needa sit down and have a long and serious talk and if he loves you like he says he does and is serious about being with you and the marriage then he isnt doing that

I'd suggest she just watch and find out first rather than have that suspicous awkward talk. Then if she was sure he had then she should leave him or if she really still loves him she should confront him and see if they could work it out.
