Yeah... Hmmm... Have you tried to find out why, like do you remember your nightmares?

I remember some. Like last night, I had one, but I don't remember what it was about.

I've read that nightmares are fears you have deep down and envelope into a story to portray those fears in your subconscious REM state. They can help you solve a problem you are facing, so in theory, if you discover the meaning of your nightmare and face it and get over it in your llife, then you should be rid of your nightmares.
That why like therapist always ask you if you remember your dream so they can decipher the meaning and help you face your real life problem. -
Well, what I dream about is kind of a fear.

Yeah...that's all the advice I can give you. Try to face your fear and get over your fear...i guess. You should read more to find out. "Knowledge is you best weapon"
Or you can tire yourself so much you won't have any dreams. That worked for a character in a book I read years ago...(I know, I'm a book nerd xP) -

Well, I read somewhere that some nightmares are past lives memories, but since you said you don't even know if your dream thing exists, it doesn't really seem plausible. Or does it Deanna...?

No, like the thing in the dream is something that I fear, but I don't know if that thing is real. Like people don't believe in the thing that I dream about. It's hard to explain.
