My face colored up, and I looked into her eyes one last time. Then I turned and walked away.

She took a deep breathe and walked into her, hoping she hadn't jts made a terrible mistake.

I dont turn back, I hang my head and walk to the plane.

She sat down on the couch and turned the tv on. It was best to take her mind off him....just like a breakup, except she would never see him again.

I pushed everything from my mind and worked the plane mechanically... Like a robot as I started the engines.

She put her head in her hands and turned her attention back to the tv.

I rub my face as I throttle up and take off. This was it.

She heard the plane take off and shook her head, resisting the urge to look out the window.

I fought the urge to look down, at the house, but I continued on my path.
