Akira turned so his back was facing Dai and took care of his business.

Daisuke never took his eyes off him the entire time. -
After he finished and turned back to Dai, his cheeks were bright red and he kept looking at the ground.

"What's wrong, boy?" he asked with a straight face.

"N-nothing.." he said quietly.

"You sure?" he asked again, seeming sincerely concerned.

Akira only nodded. He couldn't think of any words to say.

"Well, we should go."

Dai stepped away from the trees and went over to pick up Bunny.
