It's some random word made up from the iCarly show. It's not a real word. People use it in bad terms lol. Such as, "somebody who has sex with dogs" "or a guy who has a dick fight with another dude" lots of people in my school use it in those terms. Other people use it in different terms.

But basically it's not a word.
