Not knowing what coconut was was unthinkable, but then again, she was foreign. I was happy that she was willing to at least try it. "Just a second" I rumaged though the small pile of bags. Then I found it. I pulled the small string and it opened. I put it on a palm leaf outside. Then the water started boiling.

Somay gathered stick and bark that fell of trees while Sukaby gathered leaves to make a sail. "Stop!" a familar voice yelled. Somay and Sukaby turned and say the Spanish Lord.

I gasped at the boiling water. "What is it doing?" I asked, grabbing Thomas and pulling him back.

"Its boiling" I replied, pouring the water into a bowl and then adding the dried mixture. The water became a reddish-brown. I made another cup of tea for myself and then sat outside where the coconut chips were.

Somay glanced at the ocean,knowing to swim. Sukaby knew what Somay was thinking and he grabbed Somay by the wrist and they jumped in the ocean.

I turned to tell Thomas something, but found him asleep. After making sure he was comfortable, I walked to where the other girl was.

I nibbled on the coconut chips, making sure there was enough for the girl to eat. I added a little bit Egclagunous(I just made up this plant so dont go searching for it on google, its a thick grass that has really sweet juice in it that works like a natural sweetener) juice for flavour. My tribe called it Claug juice.

@Nikki Make up a character and tell what happens to him/her. Make sure you tell us whether hes a native islander or a British citizen
