  Well, the picture you have is from The Bride of Chucky.
  The whole plot centers around Charles Lee Ray, a.k.a Chucky, who is a serial killer. After a shootout with a cop, he is left mortally wounded, dying. He transfers his soul into a "Good Guy" doll and continues killing people. And he keeps on coming back again and again.
