"Hello, boys," she said. "There's been a lot of buzz going around while you two were out."
Yuri smiled, almost mischievously. -
"Really? What about?" Braken asked, acting oblivious.

She smiled. "About you two. My little lovebirds."

Braken blushed and squeezed Yuri's hand. "Oh, yeah."

His mom nodded excitedly. "I'm so happy for you two. I'm unsure what your father is going to think of this but you two shouldn't worry."
Yuri only smiled and placed a kiss on Braken's cheek. "It doesn't matter to me what he thinks." -
Braken blushed even more. "Thank you, Mrs. Takuma."

She smiled sweetly. "No need to thank me, Braken. Both of you getting along is all you need to do for me. "

Braken nodded. "Well, I think we're doing better than just getting along." he said.

She giggled. "I suppose so. At least now."

Braken nodded. "Oh, yes, please. Thank you." he said, walking in.

Yuri walked in with him, and before he could turn back to tell his mother something she had vanished into the kitchen. Yuri only shrugged it off and looked at Braken.
