  I agree, you only need one soap. You can change topics within one thread, you know. And I know, sometimes we have different wants for soaps, and maybe one more soap so that way there is more than one topic available to participate in, but... it does get annoying when the entire Offbeat forum is filled with 10 of the same soap opera threads.

  Really this is a worthless fight. It's not going to get anybody anywhere. Just let the soap people do what they do, and those people who don't like the soaps can just stay away from them and entertain themselves with something else. There's no real reason for a fight here, and I hope I'm not the only one who can see that.
