"Oh, that dude? Never cared about him but he did try asking me out once. I was thinking about becoming a virgin at that time and said no, but I would've said no anyway. I see how he acts."

"This conversation is getting awkward... let's go find- whoa." I look up, and see the perfect place to sleep. There's a small lake, completely covered by trees. there are lots of brambles lying around. "Gabby, help me make a wall of brambles.' i say excitedly.

*lays down our sleeping bags and puts a blanket on top of each one, then starts dragging brambles over to hide our "camp" from sight.*

I see where she staring and woah! It was beautiful! "Gabby, help me make a wall of brambles." Lexi say excitedly. "Of course, man!" *gets bramble*

*steps back and admires work* "That's good enough for tonight. We can work on it some more tomorrow morning," I say as I crawl under the sleeping bag, using my blanket as a pillow.

*I am soon fast asleep, nearly un-wakeable*

*does the same as Lexi* "Do I like James?" I asked myself randomly. I think about as much about him as possible. I didn't feel anything special. No shudder, my heart beat was the same, nothing. "Maybe James likes Lexi." I think. I look over at Lexi. "I guess it's possible. I mean, Lexi's fun."

*In my sleep, I turn and on my face is a smile. I'm having a dream that isn't bad for the first time in... in... uh, the first time.*

{Early the next morning} *I stretch, and see that Gabby is still asleep. Walks over to my bag, and pulls out stone pan and eggs. Cracks eggs, and makes a fire.* 'Eggs for breakfast, yum.' I think.

*Soon falls asleep* Dream: I was running fast but I wasn't me. I was an almighty cheetah, one of my favorite animals. Nothing stopped me. Then, I turned into a majestic eagle, another one of my favorite animals. In the background is my favorite song, Raise you Glass by Pink. I'm flying gracefully and freely, like I always wished I could do.

I look over at Gabby, and am surprised to see how happy she looks. Maybe she really isn't regretting this like I thought she was.

I put a little water on the fire, dampening it but not making it go out so that they're warm but not burnt when Gabby wakes up.
