I like three days grace, but theyre not the best alternative band ever. That place is for linkin park. But as for three days grace, my favorite songs by them are Pain, Never Too Late, and Riot

Linkin Park is good, but they are not the best alternative band ever. That would be Nirvana.

As for Bullet, I like them, but there are several "current" metal bands that are significantly better. Parkway Drive is better. As I Lay Dying is better. Unearth is better. Whitechapel is better. Lamb of God pretty much owns everyone in how intensely heavy and disgusting they are. Meshuggah continually embarrasses everyone else when it comes to sheer originality. Mastodon is on another planet at this point. They've become too good to strictly be a metal band. Opeth has been making intelligent, progressive death metal for over a decade. Dream Theater has earned the respect and imitation of every metal instrumentalist. So yeah, there are bands WAY better.
